Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Dale McKinley Construction, LLC ("DMC," "we," "us") builds insulated concrete form homes, foundation walls and safe rooms in North Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect through dalemckinleyconstruction.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, you give us what the form asks for: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. We also keep the emails you send us and notes from our calls with you.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted by Wix.com. Like most websites, it records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, and it uses cookies to make the site work.
How we use it
To answer your questions and call you back. To send you what you asked for, such as the ICF Custom Home Planning Checklist and the follow-up you agreed to when you requested it. To plan, price and build your project if you hire us. To keep our business records. To understand how people use this site so we can make it better.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the people and companies who help us do the work: Wix, which hosts this site and stores form submissions; the services that deliver our email; and, if you hire us, the engineers, suppliers and trades working on your project, only as much as your project requires. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Emails from us
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Use it, or email us at info@dalemckinleyconstruction.com, and we will stop. We honor requests promptly, and always within ten business days.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for the reasons above, including our records of past projects, or as long as the law requires.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on Wix's security for the information stored on this site. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us anything through this site you would not want to share.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for a legal or contractual reason. Email info@dalemckinleyconstruction.com or call 256-607-3391.
Children
This site is for adults planning a building project. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
