ICF Walls for Builders and General Contractors
If you're carrying the project and you need the walls done right, we work as the wall subcontractor — foundation walls, basements, and above-grade walls, on residential and commercial jobs.
What we handle
We handle the footings, layout, forms, reinforcement placement, bracing, and the pour. You get an insulated, inspected, ready-to-build-on wall on your schedule — and one subcontractor instead of a foundation crew plus an insulation crew plus a coordination problem.

What we build for you
Basements and foundation walls — full basements on sloped and lakefront lots, tall foundation walls and daylight basements, stem walls and crawl space walls.
Above-grade walls — the ICF shell, one story or more, with the window and door bucks set.
Commercial buildings — ICF walls for commercial projects, including two-story buildings.
Concrete floors and roofs — where the design calls for concrete overhead as well, using
Quad-Deck.
Safe rooms — including a stand-alone 1,800 sq ft safe room we built for an industrial worksite.
Built to a standard you can check
Two systems, specified per project. We build with Quad-Lock ICF and Element ICF. Above grade, our standard is a 6-inch concrete core. Below grade, the wall is engineered to the site, and most of ours come out at 8 inches.
Engineered on every job. Our structural work goes through a licensed engineer on every job. Every foundation goes out on stamped structural drawings, with retained height, reinforcement and backfill engineered for the site.
Trained crew. Our crew is led on site by Element- and Quad-Lock-trained personnel.
Numbers you can compare. We publish whole-wall assembly R-values, not cavity values. When you're comparing walls, ask which kind you're looking at, so you're comparing the same thing twice.
